Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is made up of Christian community leaders and is responsible for all aspects of the business and ministry of the organization. The Board is the gatekeeper of the charter which is granted Kern County Youth for Christ from YFC/USA. Our Board provides direction, oversight, and vision for the program through their support and accountability of the Executive Director and represents Youth for Christ to the community. The Board has a minimum of 10 Board meetings each year. Throughout the year Board committees also meet.
